managed to have no left mouse click anymore

there was a bit confusion when i tried to set the mittle mouse button to the right mouse button.

now i cant enter the option menu anymore because the left mouse button is not assigned anymore or is assigned to right. i dont know exactly.

How can i reset controls now?

Please help.
