Maintenance guy do not tidy

As you can see in the 2 screenshots, Ruby is in pause while "Tidy" orders are up. I gave her the permission to tidy, and she have to right job... Did i failed something with the jobs/priorities ? Btw, Gossmann (the guy on the lader) is tidying... I think it's some kind of bug, or a translation issue (ye, i have the french game)

Steps to Reproduce
I don't know... Just... try to make an maintenance guy tidy the colony...

I noticed my Groundskeeper isn't doing Sweep tasks either, even though the job description explicitly states that they perform "Sweeping, Mopping, and Disinfecting"
