In the attached save, there is a pitcher pump for magma. Dupes can fetch 185kg magma from it, but the puddle below it never decreases and stays at 185kg magma. I have seen the same thing just before with another pitcher pump. Seems to be a systematic problem.

Just watch it.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
