Low efficiency Solar Panel

Is this base game or DLC?

If DLC, then this is probably normal. The illuminance (amount of lux) depends on which planetoid you are on, and usually is fairly low on the starting planetoid and it increases as you go further away on the starmap.

Ah, didn't know that! That explains why the graphics show this progress bar thing, but it is never ever full in my game. How did you get the info?
