Chip seemed like they lost their jet suit after exiting the rocket. Jet suit didn't seem equipped and they couldn't go anywhere.
I was trying to reproduce it and I couldn't. On reload everything seems fine
Steps to Reproduce
Load autosave of start of cycle 593. Build a gantry in order to let Chip out of the rocket. Notice that Chip has no jet suit. Save and reload. Chip's jet suit appeared now.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
