[Affected when using any Thai language pack in Steam Workshop]
When type/enter text in search box in Debug or Sandbox Menu some Thai Unicode characters cannot be type.
For example; the character "ก" (unicode: \u0e01) and "ค" (unicode: \u0e04).
For search box in Research Tree we cannot be type/enter any Thai Unicode characters at all.
Note: List of all Thai language pack in Steam Workshop. You can pick any of them for testing.

Steps to Reproduce
Use any Thai language pack in Steam Workshop (See list in the above description) > Open Debug/Sandbox Tool/Research Tree and try typing text with Thai alphabet in search box.
