Liquid Vent Overpressurized Warning when not submerged

This Liquid Vent says it's overpressurized although it is not submerged in liquid at all. The vent is still functioning properly despite the warning.

I have the same issue with gas vents. They keep saying "Gas Vent Overpressurized" while continuing to work. Also, there should be somewhere that tells you what pressure the vent can work up to.
