Liquid Reservoir won't output its content if the input port isn't connected.image.png.91099ad7109ea91e24d22f616aca4f37.png

The reservoir on the left has contents in it, but won't output it.image.png.312723f9ab7ded47b0a7a04fa56dad9b.png

However, after I build a pipe on the input port of the left reservoir, even if the pipe is just staying there and not connected to anything else, it began outputting its content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build 2 liquid reservoirs.

2. Connect the output port of 1 to the input port of the other.

3. Pump some liquid into the one with output port connected.

4. Destroy/decon the pipe at the input port for the one you just pumped liquids in.

5. Witness that the output stops.
