Despite the surroundings being hot enough to make oxygen boil, nor the gases around or the liquid below (water) transfers heat to a thin layer of liquid oxygen.
Steps to Reproduce
Use several thermo regulators to cool down oxygen/contaminated oxygen below -185ºC, Place the output vent on top of a pool of water, the oxygen inside it will immediately turn into liquid and fall down in the water. The water won't transfer it heat and it will stay liquid.
