Liquid Mercury instantly turns into Mercury gas after use in Metal Refinery

Hi Team,

Not sure if this is intended, but piping liquid Mercury into a Metal Refinery breaks the first pipe as it changes form into Mercury gas at temperatures not even close to its condensation point of 356.8C.

In the attached it can be seen that Mercury gas forms from the busted pipe but immediately flashes back to liquid after the game registers that it's below its condensation point

Put liquid mercury in a metal refinery and try refining a metal

You can click the metal refinery and see on the details there what it has in storage. If mercury got above the vaporisation point, it will turn into gas the moment it tries to exit the refinery. Each errand adds different heat to the refinery's liquid. Steel adds the most. If you hover over the spot where it says how much heat is added, it will show how many degrees that is for the liquid you loaded in the refinery

Liquid mercury has a boiling point of 356C, a freezing point of -38.8C, and an SHC of 0.14. When used as a metal refinery coolant, it has batches of coolant at 400kg (400,000g). So it takes 0.14 * 400,000 * 1 = 56,000 DTU's to raise the coolant temperature by 1C.

Refining gold amalgam into gold adds 10,566,648 DTU's to the coolant, raising the temperature of mercury by 188C. And that's the coolest of the metal refinery operations. Producing steel produces 93,566,480DTU's and will raise the temperature of the mercury by a whopping 1670C.

In short, mercury is a terrible metal refinery coolant. It may look cool once it's come out and might be not condensing properly, but the coolant inside your metal refinery is likely extremely hot, check the content of the metal refinery.
