It's possible to stack some buildings (in this instance lavatories) where it shouldn't be possible when dragging the building fast enough (lower performance might be a factor too).
This is not a new bug, it was already noticed by the Korean community in 2019:
I've not tried all the buildings showcased in the video, but it's definitely current for lavatories
Steps to Reproduce
- select the lavatory (issue might exist for other buildings)
- drag the cursor fast
- notice that lavatories overlap with each other
