The tooltip for the error was clearly supposed to list a number of buildings that were obstructing the rocket's path, but didn't. As such, I ended up asking on reddit - and while I got an unreasonably quick reply, the game should have just told me what was wrong. (And clearly intended to, so I don't know whether there's a localisation bug or something?).
If I stick a ladder really close to the rocket I get the same error, so it's not limited to gantries.
This is build U50-583750-V.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a steam rocket, fuelled up, with something that the game thinks is obstructing the launch but otherwise with a destination set, an atmo suit, a dupe assigned etc.
Hover over the "Launch path blocked" error in the command capsule.
