Laggy and Slow Motion

I played for 50 hours a while ago, but stopped.
I started playing again yesterday and everything, including the main menu animation and gameplay is in slow motion stuttering.
For now, I fixed it by adjusting my monitor’s refresh rate to 60hz. I previously tried fixing it by adjusting the game’s resolution and refresh rate, but that did not work.
Also, I noticed on Reddit, people with 2 monitors were having similar issues. I have 2 monitors.
I had my primary monitor set to 144hz and my secondary monitor set to 60hz.
But, with my solution, both monitors are now set to 60hz.

Steps to Reproduce

I am not sure. Maybe have 2 monitors set to different refresh rates?

I have a similar setup with a 144hz main monitor and a 60hz secondary monitor but haven't encountered this issue before. Do you have G-Sync enabled or disabled? I have seen some reports of G-Sync causing issues while playing ONI.
