Killing a dupe causes the game to crash. I can't screenshot it because the moment a dupe dies, the game crashes. Regardless whether the dupe died during bath time, work time, down time or sleep time.
Steps to Reproduce
Kill a dupe in any manner - by incapacitation, entombing, suffocation, starvation, sheer utter neglect and stress, etc. When the dupe dies, the game will crash.
