It's possible to designate "stacked" rocket parts

It's possible to designate multiple rocket parts in one place:

  1. Build petroleum engine
  2. Designate oxidizer storage above it
  3. Try to designate liquid fuel storage in the same spot as oxidizer
  4. There are now two rocket parts in the same spot
