Insulation modifiers are not explained, or resource effects are missing - insulated builds.

Insulated builds usually do their job - but their resource effects are not as well explained as decor and thermal overheat factors. Inferences can be assumed by thermal conductivity, but the effect of normal a build vs insulated build isn't directly stated as a material type modifier* - it is inferred by relativity, obviously the lower the thermal conductivity of the material, the higher the insulation factor - but by what factor? This factor of thermal conductivity isn't reflected in the built object's details - only it's base material's details are shown and not the effect it has in an insulated build. This information is missing in the item details and not present under resource effects when selecting building materials.

Insulation having factors which aren't represented, but actually have meaningful effects seems more like a bug of "Known Issue" rather than an outright bug itself.

My apologies if this comes off as a suggestion rather than a bug - after playing through so many upgrades and seeing new resource effects being added, I thought this would have also been added. In this regard it is a suggestion.

* I read the forums...:D

Steps to Reproduce
Thermal insulation properties of builds are not well explained or their modifiers are missing, ex: Resource Effects: "-200% thermal conductivity".
