Insulated Door(locked) Failure after loading saves.

After loading saved game the bug happens.

Steps to Reproduce

Insulated Door(locked) will no longer stop heat exchange after loading saves.But if the door isn't locked before save the bug won't happen.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Also seeing this in my saves. Thankfully, doors on auto with permissions turned off still work normally after a reload
