Instant, Reliable crash on "Start new game"

I'm having the same exact issue.

intel i7-2600, 8GB of ram, Radeon HD 5700

I'm including my dxdiag if it'll help in anyway with this issue.

Could you please try manually installing the VC++ 2015 runtime?

I actually already tried that, after seeing the recommendation on other bugs. As I'm on win10, it refuses to install due to already existing.

This person has had success by running Windows Update and re-installing the runtime.

Whoa, uninstalling and reinstalling the runtime worked. Freaky. I wonder what was wrong with it.

Permanent crash on "Start new game".

Hello!

The game "Oxygen Not Included" was installed via steam.

System Settings:

Win7 64bit / Core i3 / 8GB RAM / GeForce gtx 670

Every time when i try to start new game, I get this message:

"Your computer does not have VC++ 2015 64 bit runtime installed."

But, Visual C ++ (32 and 64 bit version) already installed.

Reinstallation - does not help.
Restarting the PC - does not help.
Running the game from admin account - does not help.

I have the following logs:
