Infinite loop when creating a BioBot

When creating a new biobot, the biobot goes directly to the right to its birth glass box and waits for a doctor again. 

This loop runs continuously. The Dupe was able to create a bot after countless times by chance(?), but after that there was no second one.

PS: I have created a 180 MB gif. What is the best way to share it? There you would see it in motion

If a duplicant is interrupted (such as by running out of oxygen), the ending animation for the biobot builder plays erroneously. You'll notice that the progress bar does not fill up before the duplicant leaves.
