Sometimes individual plants didn't count inside the greenhouse. As a result, dupes will make micronutrients endlessly without being able to apply to that particular plant. Sometimes just one of them that didn't count, sometimes 2 or more. Save and reload fix the problem temporarily (usually few cycles).
I only have one greenhouse (other plants in stable or just open area), so I'm not sure how high possibility to produce similar bug. If there are more players encounter this, you might get more information.
