Incorrect preview resolution in windowed mode

Here's the "Game" settings window:

By default, the preview resolution is 640x360.

 

My ~/.config/unity3d/Klei/Oxygen Not Included/prefs file (I removed the unity.player_sessionid line):

        <pref name="Screenmanager Fullscreen mode" type="int">3</pref>
        <pref name="Screenmanager Resolution Height" type="int">1021</pref>
        <pref name="Screenmanager Resolution Use Native" type="int">0</pref>
        <pref name="Screenmanager Resolution Width" type="int">1920</pref>
        <pref name="UnitySelectMonitor" type="int">0</pref>
</unity_prefs>

The game is set to run in windowed mode. The visible game resolution matches the 1920*1021 values.

No idea if all operating systems are affected. It's not a big issue since the new cinematic stuff doesn't work at all, however :)


Steps to Reproduce
On linux, play in windowed mode, compare the real game resolution with the preview resolution
