Here's the "Game" settings window:
By default, the preview resolution is 640x360.
My ~/.config/unity3d/Klei/Oxygen Not Included/prefs file (I removed the unity.player_sessionid line):

The game is set to run in windowed mode. The visible game resolution matches the 1920*1021 values.
No idea if all operating systems are affected. It's not a big issue since the new cinematic stuff doesn't work at all, however ![]()
