Incorrect display of the direction and texture

It shows how the direction will change if you click that button. The actual direction is shown on the building itself. It is not a "Spaced Out DLC" addition.

No, the OP is correct in that the texture does not match the behavior. I have experienced the same bug where I set the direction one way and the observed behavior of the duplicants is incorrect. It doesn't happen all the time, but I'll get one wash basin that is just out of sync with texture.

I just captured this image from a game I just started. I want the duplicants to wash their hands before eating, but I just witness stinky here enter, not do anything and the upon exit wash his hands.

This seems like another issue than the one described above and probably need another bug report because it seems like a bug if a dupe stops to wash even if they are moving on a different direction than the arrow of the wash basin.
