Incorrect display of cargo bay/oxidizer tank

Issues:

1. Sometimes the display doesn't correctly show the amount of content in the oxidizer tank. It says empty when the tank is actually full.
2. After launching the rocket, parts of the cargo bay/tank will get stuck (visually) mid air along the rocket's trajectory.
