Inconsistent medbed patient pathfinding

The new requirement for patients to have food and toilets nearby applies only to dupes who lie on the bed. Slimelung makes dupes get up (to breathe) and that lets them eat food and empty bladder normally.

This is pretty useful because the new restriction is rather useless (ill dupes are usually cleaner than others as they don't haul slime while ill, they also can't re-catch a disease while already ill, so containment is useless at this point) and I haven't seen a way to turn it off, but it also means that dupes with other diseases (heat stroke, hypothermia) may starve to death or make a mess in a hospital that worked just fine before.

Additionally, using "move to" action on a dupe respects restrictions on pathing - ie. it can't be used to move the dupe from the bed to a place far away in one go, it needs to be split into "move off bed" and then "move far away".


Steps to Reproduce
Make a medbed with no nearby food or toilets and have a dupe with slimelung lie in it. Watch as it chooses common sense over starvation when slimelung forces it to wheeze.
