Incapacitated Save Launch Glitch (game breaking)

When I launch a saved game some duplicants suddenly become incapacitated form the get go. Have no idea why but it's very annoying. Basically I can't play as they incapacitate in a non-oxygen biom and suffocate before I can build enough med beds.
I attached a video file of me loading the game and 3 duplicants suddenly being 1 minute from death.
Please fix D:

Steps to Reproduce
I have no idea, happened to me a couple times now. When launching a save I have played on some duplicants randomly get incapacitated.

Every time after downloading, it's happening! Incapacitated Duplicates! Usually it's 4-6 duplicates, but now it's 16! I do not have many beds, I can not save them! 702. The reboot does not help, they are always 16.

Have the same glitch. When my game got to 300+ cycles I have heavy lag when I select a dupe, if I save and exit then reload I have 3-8 dupes just fall over immediately. Same ones if I reload the save.
