Incapacitated duplicant stuck in animation, cannot be rescued

In the attached save, Hassan has been incapacitated. However, instead of fainting and staying down, so that other duplicant could save him by carrying him to the med-bay, he's stuck in a loop where he faints, get up again, faints again, etc. In the save he has only 8 seconds of life left, because I saved this late, but it was this way the whole time he's been incapacitated.
