Incapacitated Bionic Dupe Trapped On Ladder

I just had this weird bug where the Bionic Dupe got trapped unable to climb a ladder after being incapacitated and revived. Instead of going up the ladder every time he started to climb up he would always go back down putting him in an infinite loop of becoming incapacitated from stress with him being in Polluted Water. I moved him to other ladders to get him out of the Polluted Water, but the climbing bug stayed until he finally died from lack of oxygen from CO2.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know how it started because I was on another planet. I got the alert of an incapacitated Bionic Dupe and saw him where the screen shot shows. Other Dupes gave him batteries multiple times, but the ladder bug wouldn't allow him to get out of the Polluted Water even though his path showed where he was suppose to go.

I think I figured out what happened. The game saved mid-transfer during delivery of a Dupe to the hospital. When you load that save the incapacitated Dupe's pathing becomes broken because when the save is loaded the carrying Dupe automatically drops him. The game gets stuck giving the incapacitated Dupe it's last pathing command and can't reset it no matter what the player does. I tried to send the Dupe to the Transporter, but he ignores it. The only way to temporally stop it is to block the Dupe from leaving the hospital, but he's still can't break away from doing that last pathing command.

PS - You can also use this save to look at the Mini Liquid Pump bug on the other planet. The pump is on the upper right of the map.
