Inaccessible build tiles which should be accessible

remove the one storage container and lower that ladder by 1, the dupes being able to stand On a ladder increases their reach, having to hold the ladder and their item seems to mess with range, iono if thats exactly right but thats what I've observed

Thanks, I don't mind it so much in this case, but would like to get it confirmed if this is an actual bug or if I'm missing something.

I find they can work just fine "hanging" from a ladder, so it does seem like a bug;
