Duplicant's in advance skill will disappear after use skills scrubber.

Steps to Reproduce

pick a duplicant which own a skill in advance, and use skills scrubber

No sure which one would be correct but it is called Skill Scrubber. By design it should remove all skills.

In current implementation the skilled skill is free to the dupe if you assign it back.
