Ignoring Water

So far all of my buildings that need water aren't functioning because my "colony members" wont harvest it? They are 9 in priority and instead of sweeping and delivering water when they have nothing to do they sit completely idle. I've started a new game and that has the same reaction in the new game. Also the water is 100% pure ready to go new water no obstructions

Steps to Reproduce
There was no specific changes besides updating the game and i now play my steam account Oxygen not included on a desktop now as well as my laptop occasionally

Your dupes can now only access water if you build a liquid bottler. It's found under Plumbing
