If the game is paused and you assign a task while an idle dupe is right next to the task, instead of showing the task indicator icon it will show an empty progress bar, which is kind of confusing.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Start a brand new game and immediately pause. 2) Designate for deconstruction the three rightmost tiles in the starting area. 3) See a black bar under each of those tiles instead of the deconstruct task icon.
