Ice Liquefier not empting

I was trying to produce water in the new planet from the frosty expansion. I didn't know how it works but looking at some screenshots from reddit post and other search I realized there was something missing on mine. The only way I can empty my Ice Liquefier is by deconstructing it, and reconimage.png.45bd34357d74430c3767f3061ae9d242.pngstructing it. 

Steps to Reproduce

- build Ice Liquefier

- wait for it to fill

  • Water from an Ice Liquefier can no longer be requested by a Bottle Emptier unless the user has turned on Enable Auto-Bottle.
