Hydroponic farm not consuming liquid? (Automation Preview)

Hydroponic farm seems to be no longer consuming any liquid, after the the "initial input".

Have been monitoring for quite a few cycles. The content maintained at "5KG" of Polluted water, never drop.

Seems to works fine for Thimble-weed. Is there a change on Dusk Cap and Mealwood where they no longer requires Polluted Water?
