Heavi-watt Joint Plate and Heavi-watt Conductive Joint Plate have a same bug that make them keep flipping horizontally when building on tiles

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Build a tile
Step 2: Build Heavi-watt Joint Plate vertically on that tile
Step 3: It will flip
