Heavi conductive wire doesn't take "replace" building priority

At least the heavi conductive wire doesn't take into account assigned priority when replacing heavi-watt.

Here's an heavi-watt

Select Heavi conductive wire and check priority 7 for example

Replace heavi-watt by heavi conductive

And check priority. Is 5, should be 7.
