Attempting to build an insulated tile on top of a normal one and canceling before it completes will allow hatches to burrow into tile
Steps to Reproduce
Build a normal sandstone tile. Start building a sandstone insulated tile in the same spot. Cancel before the insulated tile finishes building. Hatches can now burrow into this tile.
