When the tile a sage hatch is burrowed in is dug and the hatch falls in to water it despawns. I uninstalled all mods and it still occurred.

Steps to Reproduce
From attached save, wait until the ranched sage hatch burrows in a coal tile, dig it out, and watch them disappear 
After a four replication attempts, there was one instance where it did not occur.
