Harvested resources not recognised

Harvested resources are nor recognized as usable. I used up all my metal on constructions and started harvesting some more.

I now have a ton of copper in storage, but the UI says 0kg. Also all recepies say that I don't have enough metals.

The bug also seems to affect other resources too, since I have 49kg of food, but UI insists that I only have ~15 000kcal.

Open the save file.

Where are the harvested resources in question?
I see none mined out in the world nor any in your storage.

kcals are also not equal to mass.

Edit: Okay finally found the copper ore. Really need to include notes about this.
All of your copper ore is reserved for suit production and that one liquid vent nobody can reach.
Remove the queue to reclaim them.
