Hanging seeds can't be Pedestal'd or Sweepy'd

Hanging plant seeds such as Pincha Pepperplant and Dasha Saltvine cannot be placed on Pedestals or Sweepys. The apparent reason for this is that they require their storage to have bottom-facing orientation, whereas Pedestal is top-facing.

I was considering Dasha Saltvine Seed in lieu of Table Salt not being Pedestalable. Pwease let me put Table Salt on a Pedestal too?
