Great Hall not triggering till after I placed Masterpieces.

I placed 4 Briars, 6 mess tables, water cooler, and all made from granite. Great Hall didn't trigger till after I placed 3 Masterpieces.

4 x 12 room with items stated in the Issue Description.

Same for me, I think briars are plants so not counted as "20+ decor item". It's unfortunate that we can't see what "20+decor item" means, but it's easy enough to test - you put a plant, if it doesn't work, then it doesn't work - move on to paintings and statues.
