So uh.. Idk if this bug was already reported but I keep seeing this every patch. No mods enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

I just resume the colony and this happens. It is being seen just from the start of the colony. Don't really know if this happens because of my old and weak computer...

Do you recall how long this issue has been happening? Does it also happen with the DLC disabled?

This is a long shot but switch to the testing branch and try adding "--force-glcore" to the Launch Options in Steam (right click Oxygen Not Included -> Properties). We just added this today for tracking down a different graphics driver issue.
