[Graphical Bug] Layer of neutronium/ice/mafic rock above space ceiling

Can't tell if it's really only graphical or if there's a true layer of neutronium blocking path for future rockets, as I have not launched rockets from that asteroid.

Just in case, coordinates are SNDST-C-886639263-0-0

And I'm adding a copy of my save.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch a new game on SNDST-C-886639263-0-0 coordinates

2. Check space ceiling on Reekalin planetoid
