Going into errands tab causes duplicants to attack critters

If I tell duplicants to attack a critter then go to any Errands tab, a bunch of duplicants will be interrupted and go attack the critter.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Issue an attack command. 2. Click the Errands tab 3. Duplicants will attack the critter if they are in worktime.

Can confirm this is an issue on RP-383949.

The duplicants attack the critter regardless of where the attack Errand is in their To-Do List (ie, it ignores the Duplicant priority).
Any Errand tab causes this result; whether it is the critter's Errand tab or a random building's Errand tab.
While being attacked, the critter's Errand tab is blank.
