I inspected everything that could get inspected and opened every doors yet i can't get this achievement. I got destructible poi mod but i installed it way after inspecting most ruins on the map. Save file attached.

The post you linked have status fixed. I am running current version of the game also my save was started at the end of december so something else is also broken with this achievement.

It's just that the fix hasn't landed on the main release yet. It is currently on the testing branch, you can find the details below.
