There seems to be a problem with the germs "growth" formula :
The 2nd one seems accurate, the first one is not. My guess is, the current formula doesn't support properly Dead/cycle values that are >= 100%.
Steps to Reproduce
I don't think there is any special requirement beside reproducing the context in the description.
Note : The fertilizers were inside storage bin containing nothing beside fertilizer.
