gas pump constant not in gas

By the look of the colour. It's seems like there isn't much pressure in ur room. The hydrogen isn't fully packed. Just out in an oxygen thing to pack it all up. Or pump this gaz into a compression room (water flowing from bottom to the top to pressurize it or something like that.)

It's meant to pump from there. And it's not pumping because you don't have enough gas in the room to pump.
