Gas Pipe Construction Completed - Crash To Desktop

When a duplicant finishes constructing a segment of gas pipe, the game freezes and then crashes to the windows desktop shortly after.

Steps to Reproduce
1 - Load the save file 2 - Play the game until the duplicants finish constructing the pipes (seen in the attached .gif)
Go to bugs

I agree; The last pipe seems to cause the problem.

I ended up using Debug Instant-Build (CTRL+F4) to place the pipes/filter to bypass the crash.

However, it also seems to happen with liquid pipes too, as I ran into the same crash again later. :(
