I am not sure if this happens only during super speed or also in normal game speeds.
The one in middle(airlock) is opened once all three are closed to create vacuum and prevent temperature change. As NG cools and is utilized it allows NG to enter by opening Upper->5s->Middle->5s->Lower Airlocks.
Steps to Reproduce
Was running game at super speed but it may have also occurred at normal speeds. Happened on it's own was not even doing anything on it.
