Gas grass pressure requirements met, but still won't grow due to low pressure

As seen in the screenshot, my gas pressure is 252.2 g, which is greater than 150 g. The save file captures the issue. The plant switches to growing and back to growth halted. I plan to increase the pressure, but I shouldn't need to if the limit is correct.

Note that the pressure in the area and specifically in the 3 tiles above the hydroponics tile is not fluctuating. I would expect the growth to be halted if the door opens and the pressure drops; but that has not happened (not yet at least ). I also realize I took this screenshot at night and am getting the sleeping [too dark] status, but the growth also toggles during the day.
