Gas Filter Not Functioning

I use a gas filter to divert NG to my natural gas generator. Even with a steady supply of power, the filter 1) sends NG down the non-filtered pipe and 2) allows oxygen, CO2, and other gasses into the filtered output pipe

Steps to Reproduce
Nothing that I know caused this to happen. This started as soon as I built the filter and has continued for multiple cycles.

All the filter outputs are connected together with the filter input, deconstruct the pipes and rebuild them.
